Mia was born and raised in New Jersey and came to California to attend college in LA as a Division 1 athlete. A true lover of barre as a cross-training fitness modality, she has been an avid student for almost 13 years! She is excited to get to share her love of barre as an instructor and has been teaching since 2022.
