FAQ

  • Yes! We meet you wherever you are on your fitness journey. Our Foundations classes are helpful to learn about our alignment principles and learn the lingo, but don’t worry if those don’t fit into your schedule. Each class provides modifications to tailor the workout based on your abilities. See our Classes page (hyperlink) for more specific details on each class.

  • All are welcome here! Anyone interested in improving their fitness level; including increased strength, flexibility, stamina, better posture and body awareness are welcome. Our students are men and women from 14 to 75+.

  • Yes, barre is a great pregnancy and postpartum exercise - plus with our childcare room, mamas love practicing here! Always check with your doctor first, but with a few modifications you can practice throughout your entire pregnancy (and many of our instructor team have!) If you’re postpartum, also check out our Mommy & Me Baby Barre classes!

Since our class is a full body workout, there are still so many parts of class to do, even when you’re working back from injury to a particular area. Let your instructor know before class so we can offer you modifications to fit your needs.

  • Create a Mindbody account, or log in if you have one, and buy a class, intro offer, or membership!

  • 2 weeks in advance.

  • You may cancel or reschedule your class at no charge up to 2 hours before class time. If you cancel or reschedule a class less than 2 hours before your scheduled class, you will forfeit a class if on a Class Package or we will charge a fee of $5 if you are an Unlimited Member. If you don’t show up for a reserved class, or fail to “sign in” with the front desk, you will be charged $10 if you are an Unlimited Member or lose a class if on a Class Package.

  • If you are trying to sign up for a class that is full, we highly encourage you to put yourself on the waitlist. As students cancel, students on the waitlist will be notified via email and/or text that they have been added. Reservations will be honored only up to the start of class. If you do not arrive prior to the start of class, your reservation will be forfeited to anyone on the waitlist.

  • We require socks for all of our classes (except yoga). Grippy socks are best! We have loaners if you need them, or plenty to buy in studio. Besides that, wear what you’re comfortable in. It’s helpful for our instructors to be able to see the shape of your body to help with alignment - so nothing too baggy is preferred.

For yoga classes, we ask that you bring your own mat and props, if you have them. Socks optional.

  • There is free on site parking, as well as easy access free street parking. In our lot, you are welcome to park in any spot that is unmarked, or labeled ‘TDM’ on the curb. Please help us be good neighbors (and avoid having to move your car during class!) and do not park in a spot that is labeled for one of our co-tenant businesses.

  • Yes, for select classes! We welcome children from 6 weeks through elementary school into our childcare room. You can buy a single childcare visit or a visit package, valid for 1 year from date of purchase. We ask that you sign up early if you want to use childcare- if no one is signed up by 2 hours before class, we reserve the right to cancel.

  • Yes! barre925 has a special Bring a Guest Free day - every 15th of the month! Plus, our Core Unlimited Members get a free guest pass each month to use any day they want. Sign up to save your spot and email us to save theirs!

  • Purchases of services via package or membership are non refundable, and have various expiration dates noted per package. Returns of unworn and unused apparel and accessories purchased in studio are valid for 30 days after purchase to original method of payment. Digital or physical receipt required.

  • Most of our instructor team was trained under one of the original barre modalities - The Dailey Method, as we spent 10 years as a franchise location. We carry that foundation and our principles that prioritize proper alignment and muscle engagement, before layering on movement, into our evolution to barre925. What sets us apart are those principles and focus on safe and functional movement, combined with the strong sense of community and encouragement you find within our walls. Plus you get a fun, full-body workout - EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. But no two classes are ever quite the same. We like to have fun, mix it up, and keep your mind and body guessing about what comes next!
