Our Classes

Barre is at our core.

Most of our classes are barre-based; but each low impact, full body workout has a different format and fitness goal, allowing you to customize your program to strengthen your mind and body.

  • — the OG. Our 60-minute barre format. A full-body workout set to fun beats, designed to sculpt and strengthen - arms, core, thighs, and seat! We focus on foundation and alignment and then layer on movement - to build strength, length, & mobility all in one class!

  • Our signature barre class, but packed into 45 minutes. Our quicker transitions will challenge you and give you a little cardio bump in this full-body burner!

  • Advanced barre. This 60-minute barre class includes relatively quick cuing and pacing combined with challenging variations. Also may include additional usage of weights and props.

  • Cardio! This joint-friendly, low impact 45-minute cardio class is designed to strengthen your heart and cardiovascular system, using our signature barre-based moves as a foundation. We use a larger range of movement and/or a quicker pace, with optional usage of weights, to bring your heart rate up in interval bursts.

  • You can have it all! Barre + Cardio all in 60 minutes. We’ve combined a 45 minute barre class with 15 minutes of heart—pumping intervals to build strength from the inside out.

  • Alignment focused weight training. A 45-minute class combining heavier weights and our signature focus on alignment. This full-body class will challenge you as you build fast-twitch muscle fibers, improve bone density, and increase your metabolic rate.

  • Back to basics. A 60-minute barre class with fewer variations, deeper cuing and longer holds to allow you extra time to understand the alignment, engagement, and how each position feels in your body. Helpful for newer clients as education but also beneficial to challenge experienced clients to return back to basics.

  • Roll it out. This 45-minute elass uses stretching and myofascial release techniques to improve mobility, flexibility and overall comfort in your body.

  • Our Mom & Me Baby Barre classes are here to take care of you so you can care for you little(s)!⁠ ⁠ This class is designed to bring fitness back to new mamas, while still allowing you to spend time and bond with your baby. Ideal for moms with non-crawling babies ~6 weeks-9 months.
