Barre + Sound Bath
The final class of the Fall Challenge

Close out the Fall Challenge with movement, then stillness. 🤍

This special 90-minute experience is a 45-minute barre class followed by a 45-minute sound bath. Work first, then give your body and mind the space to settle. Joining us earns you a bonus star on your challenge chart, and it’s the last class of the challenge, so it’s a lovely way to finish.
