Our NEW Barre Basics Workshop series is designed for newer clients or those who want to deepen their understanding of our alignment principles and exercise set ups. Join Danielle for this 4 week session (come for one or all!) - Thursdays 11:30am-12pm. Each 30 minute session will focus on a particular element or part of class.
Week 1: Neutral Spine. We use neutral spine in so much of our class. We'll review some key areas where you find it - planks, pushups, Flatback Floor.
Week 4: Seatwork (3/28): It's all about the booty!🔥 Pretzel? Prone? Where do I push, where do I pull? Get the answers to all these questions and terminology on Thursday! Spend time understanding the set ups and focuses of this key lower body part of class!
